Shipping And Tax

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Food items will not be charged for tax as they are not applicable for it, however their will be some items where tax will be added. You will be able to see the tax at the point of checkout. Tax is included in the shipping price.

When will i get my order?

Orders placed will be processed on that same day but we do allow 24 hours to process and pick your order before it can be shipped out. Our order cut off time is 5.30pm GMT. After this time your order will be processed on the following business day. You will receive your order depending on the service you have chosen at the time of checkout. Our opening hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm GMT.

Do you deliver to international addresses?

Yes. We currently deliver to a selected few destinations. Please check our shipping charges page to see if you can order from us. A detailed list of prices and which countries we deliver to can be found here. If you have any other questions please email enquiries@jalpurmillersonline.com

How much do I have to pay for shipping charges?

jalpurmillersonline is commited to providing customer care. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges depends on the shipping destination, shipping weight and method of shipment. Regardless of the shipping option you choose, you will be able to track your order by logging into your account on our website. All this information will be sent to you in a courtesy email when you have placed an order with us.

I need to return an item

jalpurmillersonline.com is commited to delivering the best value and the highest quality to our customers. Your complete satisfaction is our mission. If your purchase did not meet your expectations for any reason, please notify our enquiries department on enquiries@jalpurmillersonline.com All food items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Please see our Terms and Condtions page for more details. Please include the original sales invoice along with the returned item in its original packaging. Mail the merchandise back to the follwing address:

43 Wavertree Drive, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE4 7NY, UK. Please address to the Attention Of The Return Department as this will expedite your return process. We recommend you send the package via a Insured parcel post.

How do I place an order?

We at jalpurmillersonline.com are pleased to introduce new features that will make your online shopping experience more convenient. You may search for products by name, categories or brands. If you're not sure of the spelling of a particular item, just type in the first few letters and we will provide all the possible matches for you to view. If you are not registered with jalpurmillersonline.com and would like to do so, you can register anytime during your shopping or checkout. When you are ready to finalize your order, please click Proceed To Checkout. The next screen will give you the option to login or register as a new user. What forms of payment do you accept?

We welcome Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Delta. We currently do not accept American Express, money orders or personal checks.

How do I add an Item to an order?

To ensure a fast and quick delivery of your order, jalpurmillersonline.com processes your order soon after it is placed. If you would like to add an item, simply fill out another shopping cart.

Will perishables arrive in satisfactory condition?

jalpurmillersonline is commited to providing an excellent service and the widest selection of quality products. To enusre the freshness of our goods we make sure they are packed straight off the packing line and shipped out that same day. We are confident all our products will be delivered to you on time and all more important fresh and ready for you to start cooking.

Order Tracking

Please use the order tracking facility to track your order. To access this log into your account, click on outstanding orders, then click onto the order number for which you would like to track and from that you can see the status of your order. You need to use this if you are ordering outside the UK.

Orders from countries outside of United Kingdom & Europe

We are able to take order from the countries listed in our shipping part of the website but please note, orders placed from any none Europe country may result in paying the countires own duties and taxes when recieving the parcel. We can not control checks at airports which may result in the comsumer having to pay these duties and taxes. From our experience we have not had such issue arise as we make sure we fill in the correct customs paperwork so avoid such situation.

Pack size changes in effect of 1st May 2010

Please be aware that we are changing our pack sizes from the 1st of May 2010. This means all our pack sizes will be reduced in size as listed below.

1kg - 800g, 375g- 300g, 175g- 150g, 4kg - 3kg. Please be aware that the prices for the products will remain the same. We are in the process of updating our database on the webite which will take some time. Thank you.

 
My Account

What is My account and What is it used for?
My account section reflects your user profile, shipping history and order history among other things.

Every time you place an order we require you to furnish some basic details pertaining to your user profile & shipping details. This information is stored in our database and can be retrieved anytime by going to the My Account section just so that next time when you shop with us, you need not enter all the mundane details that are required to place an order.
You can create an Account with us even if you do not have the intent to buy a product from us in impending future. The advantage of doing this is that if you permit us we can send you our new arrivals and new deals which usually are the highlights of our site.

What should I do if I forgot my account password?
Go to the "Login" at top right of the page and click. You will be forwarded to a new page for entering your email id and password. Click the link at "Forgot your Password". In the new page, enter your "Email id" and click "Proceed". An Email would be forwarded to your email account. Go to your email account and follow the instructions on the email message.


How can I change Email address and password?
Upon logging in, once you go to My Account section, you should see "Change password" link which gives you the ability to change your password. Since your e-mail address is used as your username, we do not allow that to be changed. You will need to create a new user account if your e-mail address has changed.
